Description
Reference screen of the current (legacy) Acumatica Field Service Service Order form (MRO 006626 — Arena Offices). Captured before the walkthrough of the Next-Gen FS begins, to set the baseline the Next-Gen redesign is replacing. In Next-Gen this single "Service Order" concept is split into a Work Order (record of truth) + Work Event (scheduling) + Work Ticket (mobile execution).
