Mobile adaptation — Work Ticket Home Base

The transcript says this repeatedly: the work ticket should be the foundation and home base for the field user. The work event gets the technician onto the calendar and into the visit. From that event, each technician creates or opens their own work ticket and records everything they did for that event in the ticket.
