v1 assumption
Technicians can see billing readiness but back office still decides or confirms billing status unless scope changes later.

Mobile adaptation — Actuals and Ready-to-Bill Visibility

The storyboard calls this out as an open question. The mobile pattern should therefore expose readiness as context while keeping the default interaction read-only unless the product team decides otherwise.

Open question

We still need to confirm whether the technician should be able to see this ready-to-bill view at all. If the answer is yes, we also need to define how much detail should be visible, for example whether the technician only sees simple readiness states or whether they can also see deeper actual-line and financial detail.
